What is the ATOM Assistant reseller program?
A reseller is an agency, an entity separate from ATOM Solutions inc., that brings clients to ATOM Assistant. You recommend the AI voice receptionist to the businesses you serve; they subscribe themselves, to the public plans on the pricing page, and you earn a commission on their plan. There is a single resale level, and the reseller does not set prices.
How much does a reseller earn?
The reseller earns 20% of the monthly plan of every client attached to them, before taxes and after discount. The base is the plan alone: extra minutes and numbers are not part of it. Here is what that gives on public prices, with no discount.

No commission is due during the 14-day free trial: the client is not charged before day 14, and the first commission follows their first charge. A client who cancels during the trial generates nothing. A client with no reseller generates no commission either.
How is a reseller paid?
Payouts go through Stripe Connect. From your reseller space, you open your Stripe Connect account and enter your own details there, directly with Stripe. Each commission is paid to that account once the client’s plan is paid, and your space shows your payouts with their amount, status and date.
How is a client attached to a reseller?
Each reseller gets a referral code and a signup link that carries it. The client signs up through that link and is attached to the reseller as soon as they sign up. A client who signs up without a link is attached to no one.
What does a reseller see of their clients?
Your space lists your clients with their business name, their plan, the status of their subscription and your monthly commission. You never see a client’s email or phone number: that information stays between the client and ATOM.
