ATOM Assistant, the AI voice receptionist, is billed monthly in Canadian dollars, in three plans: Essentiel $179 (600 minutes included), Pro $299 (1,200 minutes included), Premium $499 (2,000 minutes included). Beyond the included minutes, each extra minute costs $0.25. Taxes (GST and QST) extra; you can change plan or cancel at the end of the period.

How billing works
Your card is saved on Stripe’s secure page, but nothing is charged during the 14-day trial: the first charge happens when the trial ends, then the plan is charged every month on the same date. Cancel before the trial ends and the plan is never billed. Numbers and extra minutes used during the trial are billed after day 14. Buying a number and putting the agent live unlock as soon as your card is saved. Extra minutes for the past month appear on the following invoice.

The number of simultaneous calls is 1, 3 or 5 depending on the plan. Minutes beyond the plan, a purchased phone number and taxes are added when they apply.
What happens if I go over the included minutes?
Minutes beyond the plan are billed at $0.25 a minute, on the following invoice. Telecom billing is extra. You can change plan at the end of the period if you often go over.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
The trial lasts 14 days. Your card is required at signup, but nothing is charged before day 14. If you cancel before the trial ends, the plan is never billed. One free trial per business.
How much does the agent’s phone number cost?
A number bought for your agent costs $5 a month, whatever the plan. A number you port or already own is not billed.
Do the prices include taxes?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax: GST and QST are added to the invoice.
